Dr. Dean Radin is the Chief Scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences. He’s also the author of books like The Conscious Universe, Entangled Minds and Supernormal. For three decades, Dr. Radin has been engaged in frontiers research on the nature of consciousness.

At all times, on all levels of existence there’s a mysterious paradoxical collision occurring. Countless seemingly inert, microbes, blood cells, atoms and neurons do their repetitive compartmentalized individual thing, yet somehow, they also enable our subjective thing (my Michael-ing, your you-ing etcetera). This objective/subjective orchestra is harmonizes on an unfathomably dense scale, not only throughout our bodies, but through the ground, the air, the forest the ocean the planet and so on, ad infinitum.

The micro gives rise to the macro.

Have we measured and gained an understanding of a lot of things? Of course we have. Is it a sliver of what I just attempted to describe? Unquestionably. That’s why the hubris of those who scoff at the notion that there is still undiscovered wonder at the core of it all sends me into a tizzy. It’s also why I respect the god damn daylights out of people who are really exploring that wonder earnestly, responsibly and scientifically. Specifically, in this case, Dr. Dean Radin.

Over the last three decades, Radin has cemented himself as an authority on the science of consciousness, psychic phenomenon, meditation and and other juicy bits. He’s also Chief Scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences and the author of books like The Conscious Universe, Entangled Minds and Supernormal.
